Why does the amount shown in the payment due reminder (email) sometimes differ to the settlement amount shown in Fifopay?
If you happen to settle an invoice after 1.00pm (AEST) on the Revised Due Date, don’t worry! Fifopay will calculate any late payment fees for the following day. Just pay the amount mentioned in the original reminder email, and you’ll be all set.
Rest assured, the system will automatically correct itself within 12-24 hours.
